Production Time
CUSTOM PRINTED LABEL orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after we receive the order.
New orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after you have approved your proof.
We will not print new label orders without a proof approval!
Please remember that transit time is in addition to production time.
Shipping Policy
Shipping options and rates will be calculated, and you will be prompted to choose one, during the checkout process. All shipping rates are based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination. If you would like a shipping option other than those provided please call us at 1-800-654-5210 or email us at info@sterlingtape.com.
Transit Time
While we produce and ship orders quickly you should still allow sufficient time for your order to reach you. All of our orders are shipped from Connecticut. Orders going to the west coast will take a minimum of 5 days from the day we ship them. Faster shipping options are available and will be offered during checkout. Faster shipping service will not affect our production time.
Errors or missing items
If you find an error or an item is missing please have your order number ready and call 1-800-654-5210 or send an email to info@sterlingtape.com. Make sure you have unpacked and checked everything (including checking the packing slip to see if the missing item is marked as back-ordered) to verify that an item is missing before contacting us.
Returns
1) ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
2) Custom items cannot be returned unless they are defective or we have made an error. We will not be responsible for customer error on any portion of an order. You must notify us of an error within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to deny return authorization.
3) Authorized items may be returned for exchange or refund.
4) Exchanged items must be the same color, size, material, quantity and printing as the original. We will not make changes to re-made items, except to rectify our error.
5) Refunded items/orders will be refunded the item price only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
6) To obtain a Return Authorization Number call 1-860-379-5142. Please have your order number ready when you call. Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
